1. Order Cancellation

- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. To request cancellation, please contact our customer support at support@hoshe.com with your order details as soon as possible.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, as per our Return Policy.
- Hoshe-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that Hoshe must cancel your order (due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues), you will be promptly notified via email. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns

- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, email ho2025she@gmail.com with your order number and items you'd like to return. We will provide a return shipping label for eligible items.
- Returns are subject to inspection. If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return may be rejected.

Refunds

- Once the returned items are received and pass inspection, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval, though bank processing times may vary.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be asked to provide banking details for the refund.
- In cases where a refund cannot be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., expired cards), store credit may be offered.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Hoshe error or defective item.

Exchanges

- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return procedure and place a new order for the desired product

Defective or Incorrect Items

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. Hoshe will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement after verification.
