Refund and Returns Policy

At Hoshe, regulated by COPR Enterprises Private Limited, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Items that show signs of wear or are returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Intimate or hygiene-related items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@hoshe.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at support@hoshe.com with details and photos, if applicable.
