Processing Time

- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Custom Orders: Processing for pre-order or customized fashion items may take an additional 5–6 business days.

We offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days from the time of order

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your package in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Delays & Lost Packages

Delays may occur due to weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
